Directions

Ingredients:

20-30g Cacao
Sweetener of choice (such as pure maple syrup, honey, or coconut sugar)
A dash of cinnamon
Maca powder
A pinch of chili or salt

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a pot over low heat on the stove.
Stir gently until the cacao is fully melted and all ingredients are well combined (the longer you leave it on the heat, the thicker it will become).
Pour your cacao into your favourite mug.
Pause, take a few deep breaths, set an intention, and savour each sip.
